She looks like someone’s mom. But good move on Tia’s part. I’ve always liked the twin’s curly texture, since their Sister Sister days. As a matter of fact. Even as a kid, I remember watching the show and feeling disappointed when the twins decided to straighten their tresses. I always thought their spirals gave them a unique look.
I remember her and her sister from their Sister Sister days, their hair was natural in the beginning & I was a little sad when they straightened it. I love that she’s going back to that, they have beautiful hair. I think they actually put the idea in my head to go natural when I had the opportunity to.
She looks GREAT!!! I’m so happy when Black young ladies are proud of their hair texture – and flaunt it! I don’t like it when young Black ladies feel like they are supposed to have Long Straight (European) Hair hanging down to their waste-line. It seems as though they are ashamed of their own natrual beauty. Yes, Black ladies CAN be BEAUTIFUL with our own natrual hair – whether it’s long or short.
