After several months of designing and tweaking, we are ready to unveil our BRAND NEW forums!
Unlike our old Ning forum, the new BGLH forums are embedded right here inside of blackgirllonghair.com. Plus, the forum registration is the same username and login you use to comment on BGLH!
To celebrate the re-launch we are giving away one $50 Macy’s gift card every week to a random forum participant. So register and start posting to be eligible! (You MUST post to be eligible!)
What happens to the old BGLH Ning Forum?
It will remain! The gallery feature on our Ning forum is extremely popular and inspiring. We will keep it, but remove the forum, groups and blog posts features on March 1, 2013.
Do I have to re-register for the new BGLH forum?
Yes. We are unable to migrate members’ info from Ning without creating several redundancies. Plus we want you to join us because you want to. Not because we force you :)
How will I find the (old) Ning Forum?
We will include a prominent link to the Ning gallery on blackgirllonghair.com, and label it as a User Gallery. We still want you to share your gorgeous photos with us!

Congratulations on such a fantastic new (upgraded) site!! It is really easy to navigate and find all of the stories, forums that you find of interest. I am excited and looking forward to seeing what else BGLH has in store for all of us fans/readers.
