I'm gonna have to stay away from this thread until I catch up on last week's episode but I was hooked from jump. As for which team I rep…..I am #teamOlitz ALL the way. I ship them HARD….lol. I heard that the next few episodes are going to be off the chain so I can't wait to watch the drama unfold

OK so I finally watched last week's episode and all I can say is Lawd help us….Shonda Rhimes has been playing with my emotions since the days of Grey's Anatomy (which I still watch) but I wouldn't have it any other way. Does anyone else despise Mellie as much as I do. You cannot tell me she didn't have that doctor induce labor to manipulate Fitz….ughh I can't stand her.

@Mona….I've tried being sympathetic towards Mellie but everytime I give her the benefit of the doubt, she goes and does something to piss me off and I'm just like . Yea she may have been with Fitz before he decided to go into politics, but I think she attached herself to him for her own benefit. The fact that she keeps bringing that up is like We know who Fitz's father was and his political clout, she no doubt say an opportunity in Fitz and took it. I don't think they were ever truly in love. She was overly ambitious and say a way to get to a position she wanted to be in, and he thought he found someone who wanted him for him and not his dad and what that connection could do for them. Ok, psychoanalysis done for today. 

@mona…..I haven't yet but I will tonight. I'll post after then. I did hear about bits and pieces that happened in the episode so I'm trying to brace myself. 

@Mona and @Black Girl With Long Hair …I'm finally caught up and man! Fitz is getting on my nerves. I understand he's upset and feels betrayed but that's no way to treat someone. I mean if he's going to mad at Cyrus and Liv, he needs to mad at Mellie too instead of taking her into his confidence. Whether it was Cyrus' idea or not, she still went along with it so if Liv betrayed him, so did Mellie. And I just love how she played the victim and sold Cyrus out to ingratiate herself with Fitz. That hole electrical closet thing gave me mixed feelings . I know the two of them love each other so any encounter whether in love or anger would be a passionate one but damn, you haven't seen her in almost a year, haven't had sex with her in about 3 years and the best you could do is an electrical closet?! And poor David. He's a good guy but can't catch a break to save his life. And that guys at the coffee shop made me soo mad. I was actually rooting for a little thing between him and Liv because Fitz was pissing me off with his emo shit and he had to go and f#&^ it up at the end with spying on her . And she really seemed to like him too….smh. He better know what he's doing before he messes around and gets Hucked…humph

@Black Girl With Long Hair ….the only thing that saved it from being rape-y to me was that after he initiated the kiss and she slapped him, she went to him. She knew what was coming next when she kissed him. But I do know how you feel. A lot of their interactions involve her having to ask him to stop several times and  having to physically separate from him. I don't know how she's going to do it but Shonda is gonna have to come good to get Fitz off my shit list. I like James although he was a bit messy with the whole Cytron/Definance/David thing. I was sooo sure Cyrus was gonna find out and murk his ass….oh well. I really like his character so I'm happy he'll be around…atleast until he pisses Cyrus off again. I miss Hollis and his backwoods sayings believe it or not. I love the character with his evil self and the actor that portrays him does a fantastic job. But yea, momma Shonda got some work to do. And did you see the look on Mellie's face at the end when she was sexing it up with Fitz. I know she knows she was getting gyped. I know she knows it's never that boring when he's with Olivia.

@Mona @Black Girl With Long Hair last night's episode was a continuation of the same from the last episode. Fitz has the absolute nerve to play the jealous role when he was the one to tell Liv they were over. I really like Jake and I think he thought he was spying on her for national security reasons but when he met Fitz at the end and Fitz demanded to know who she was seeing, I think he realize what was going on and didn't like it. I like them together (at least for now) but idk how Olivia is going to react if and when she finds out that he was spying for Fitz regardless of the reason. Now we have a month to sit and wait for the next episode.

@Mona ….I had to quit reading your comment because I haven't seen last night's episode yet but I knew Jake was gonna be dirty/sketchy so that's why I wasn't all that shook when him and Olivia started something. I thought they were cute but I knew it wouldn't last….especially in the previous episode when he totally jacked up that photographer to get the memory card with the pic he took of him and Olivia. He definitely didn't want Fitz to see those. Ok so I'm off to watch this week's episode. I'll be back with commentary at the end…LOL!
